Kojo holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Ghana. Kojo has consulted for numerous organizations including the Korean consulate in Ghana.

Nathan has 15+ years’ work experience in the telecoms and financial industries. He oversees operations, human resource, corporate affairs, finance, and administration aspects of the business. He had his MBA from GIMPA and master’s in international communications management from the Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Sir Sam Jonah has over 40+ years of experience in mining, management consulting, education and administration. Currently the Executive Chairman of Jonah Capital Limited, an investment holding company in South Africa. As former CEO of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd, Sir Sam is credited with the tremendous growth and listing of Ashanti Goldfields in Ghana, London and New York Exchanges. He also spearheaded the merger AngloGold Ashanti merger. He Holds an Associateship in Mining Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines (UK) and an Msc in Mine Management from the Imperial College (UK).

Felix has over 30+ years in project/corporate finance and recovery, management consulting, company restructuring and insolvency management. Immediate past country Senior Partner at PwC Ghana. Current Board Chairman of Guinness Ghana Ltd and also serves on other boards. Holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Administration from the University of Ghana and an MA in Professional Accounting from Loyola College, Maryland USA.

Kwamina has over 12 years of experience in managing Electronic Payment System projects. He has demonstrated expertise in diverse information technologies including Switch Applications, ATMs, POS acquisition, payment platform integrations, internet banking and card production services among others. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering KNUST and a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management from GIMPA. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He was instrumental in the deployment of the national switch at Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems Limited. He later went on to work as the head of e-banking for Capital Bank.

Kennedy is a seasoned sales and Development professional with over 15 years experience in diverse markets in Ghana. He has demonstrated expertise in driving growth through Planning, Forecasting and controlling Business operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast Ghana.

Emmanuel Benoni Narh (CFSA) is an experienced Internal Audit practitioner with more than 12 years wealth of experience in governance, risk management and control assurance processes in all aspect of the audit function. He holds professional certification (Certified Financial Services Auditor - CFSA) in internal audit practice from the Institute of Internal Auditors – USA. He has demonstrated success over the years in auditing banking operations and systems in Ghana.

David has over 9 years of practice in accounting and finance in diverse industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and information technology. He has demonstrated expertise in financial accounting and reporting, management accounting, tax accounting and revenue modelling. He is a Chartered Accountant with ICAG and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting & Finance from University of Professional Studies, Ghana.

Kofi Mante Asamoa is an organizational process automation expert, a web-based application developer, a programmer, and a philanthropist who works with a range of public and private organizations. He is currently the chief executive officer of ACE Technologies Ghana (CEO), and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Alphatech Ghana and Coasters Company Ltd, organisers of the MOBEX Africa ICT Expo. He has over 15 years’ experience as a web developer and programmer, working with organisations including The Coca Cola Company, Hourglass Group, and The Trust Bank with key certification including: BA Comp Studies and Office Management, A+, DNIIT COLDFUSION, JAVA, PHP, HTML, DREAMWEAVER, MICROSOFT ACCESS, MSSQL, ORACLE, MYSQL. Kofi is a proud product participant of various courses at the National Banking College, in Accra-Ghana, including systems administration and mobile software development.
